GROUP EXPRESSES STRONG DISAPPROVAL OF NANA B,SAMMY GYAMFI'S ACT.

Social Action Movement has come across a video which has gone viral on several WhatsApp platforms showing the New Patriotic Party's National youth organizer,Henry Nana Boakye        ( Nana B),throwing his hand to hit the National Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress ,Sammy Gyamfi,for insulting him.

Social Action Movement describe the act as unfortunate behavior by the NPP's Nana B and the kind of words NDC Sammy Gyamfi used to described his senior brother in the studios of Asempa FM, Afternoon Political Talkshow dupped "£kosi S£n"as amateur. We comdemn it.

Ghana is a peaceful country, If this is the kind of attitude our politicians are putting up then where is the democracy we always boast of.
Political debate has now turns into boxing arena.

Social Action Movement call on Civil Society Organizations to find a holistic solutions to political misfortunes.

In 2011 the current President Nana Akufo-Addo made a statement which many Ghanaians condemned it, saying " all die be die"

In 2016 the former President,then President John Dramani Mahama also made similar comment that ,he is a dead 🐐 goat, for that matter Ghanaians cry will not be listened to.
Mr.Mahama has made another comment that they will match the NPP boot for boot in 2020 reacting to the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-elections violence incident.
" I am sounding a warning to the NPP: we are going to match them boot for boot. We respect the constitution and NDC is a democratic party and that is why we abide by the rules of the constitution"

" But the same constitution says that Ghanaians should resist anybody who attempt to subvert the constitution. And when you go rampaging with forces and intimidating people when they should come and vote", he said.

The communications officer of the NDC Law. Sammy Gyamfi also said their members should use guns, cutlasses and any other weapons to fight anyone who intend to intimidate them.

The social Action Movement comdemn the comments from top politicians in the country,they should render an apology to Ghanaians immediately.

DISSOLVE S.P OFFICE NANA ADDO TOLD.

Isaac Gyan,aka (kantinka),a national Youth Executive Member, of the Conventions Peoples Party(CPP), has jabbed Nana Addo to dissolve Special Prosecutors office if it is of no use to fight corruption in the country. Speaking to Nana Sieh Amakye on classic FM morning show in Techiman on the current Global Corruption Index in which Ghana was ranked 78 out of 180 countries in the world. The eloquent communicator said, Mr. Martin Amidu has been in office for one year and over and yet no arrest and prosecution has been made, hence should vacate his office if he can't fight the canker . Gyan added that, the Auditor General should be given prosecutorial powers to deal with corruption in the country. He also charged Nana Addo to summon all political parties on one table to brainstorm on corruption fight since it can't be handled by only one political party.
