Osei Kwadwo,50, a Campaigner of 'John Mahama Come Back 2020' who is duping people under the pretext of getting them Government Contracts, Visa and cars, has been arrested by National Security and the Police SWAT team .

Osei Kwadwo, NDC Delegate of 'Oforikrom' in the Ashanti Region is imposing himself as a worker at the Jubilee House and has been able to convinced his victims that, he could use his powerful Connections to get them connected for Visa's, Cars and jobs.

Interestingly, he has been able to lured more than One- Hundred (100) women to bed through this trick; he confessed.

Whiles many who fell for the trick paid him between GHc 4000 to Ghc 6,100 .

Osei Kwadwo's Mobile Phone number Truecaller indicates " Office of the President- National Security ".

However, luck eluded him and was arrested by Police SWAT team and National Security in his hideout in Accra on Friday, January 25,2019.

He's currently before the Criminal and Investigation Department (CID) Headquarters Accra, Intelligence Unit' for further investigations.

The police as well as the National Security is therefore calling on the general public to be vigilant in dealing with such people.

FAKE INFLUX OF UNAPPROVED CHEMICALS A THREAT TO COCOA PRODUCTION.

Some cocoa farmers of the Mpasaaso No1 and No2 a community in the Ahafo Ano District in the Ashanti Region, have appealed to the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) to check the activities of agro-chemical producers if it is to realise its set target for the cocoa season and it's production. COCOBOD is hoping to achieve 900,000 metric tonnes of cocoa at end of this year's cocoa season. For this reason, it has introduced a number of cocoa productivity enhancement programmes, including the supply of agro-chemicals, subsidised fertilizers, hand-pollination exercises, and pruning among others. However, According to some cocoa farmers in the Ahafo Ano District, given the ‘inadequate’ supply of chemicals, some agro-chemical producers have taken advantage of the situation by selling fake agro- chemicals to the unsuspecting cocoa farmer.
